Claiming To Be President

News reached me few weeks ago that Nenita “Nitz” Cuiting Carvajal has been claiming to be the President of Rural Bank Of Placer even before Johnson Cuiting disappeared. She tried selling the bank and Johnson tried to stop her from doing this. Is it coincidence that Johnson disappeared after that?

A Note on Religiosity and the Criminal

During many of my interviews with offenders, they have spoken about their religious observances. Many career criminals read the Bible, attend church, and hold religious observances in their homes. How does one square brutality, deception, and intimidation with religious teachings and practices?

The criminal may inform others of his religious practices to impress them or, when confined, to curry favor. But he may very well be completely sincere in his religiosity. Sincerity in espousing religious principles does not necessarily translate into conviction. Some organized crime members have religious shrines in their homes. But this does not deter them from murdering their adversaries. I have known offenders who go to church in the morning, then are on the streets that afternoon committing crimes. The point is that religious sentiment and religious observance do not necessarily deter criminal behavior.

Some offenders misuse religion as they do so much else that is legitimate. They pray to God to help them commit crimes successfully. They beseech God to bail them out of a jam into which they have gotten themselves.Offenders may attach themselves to a religious cause, become zealots, and seek to convert others.. They experience a sense of power in purity and lord their religiosity over others. As people who are extreme in many aspects of their lives, the same is true with religion. They may use religion as a vehicle for their criminality, committing crimes in the name of whatever religion they attach themselves to. How often throughout history have human beings tortured and murdered one another in the name of religion!
For the offender seeking to change, religion may prove to be an extremely positive force, a catalyst to become a responsible person. Advocating for a specific religion or religious practices idoes not produce significant and lasting change unless there is also an accompanying change in thinking.

More Developments …

We were approached by another person who is now handling the investigation of the murder of Jose Antonio “Tonette” Carvajal. This investigator also pointed out the connection between Nenita Nitz Cuiting-Carvajal and her lover, who is a prominent CPA in the Philippines. We will disclose more information about this.

Who Is Involved from CENTRAL BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES

I mentioned in my previous blog that someone from CENTRAL BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas) may be involved in the kidnapping of Johnson Cuiting of Rural Bank of Placer in Surigao.

We got feedback from the investigation that the person involved is the Head Executive Secretary of a member of the Office of the Monetary Board. We will give out the name as soon as we have it confirmed.

I just received news that someone from CENTRAL BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas) MAY be involved in the kidnapping of Johnson Cuiting of Rural Bank of Placer in Surigao. I am still gathering information regarding this. I will keep everyone posted.

Death – 2 weeks Apart

The more I think about this … the more I am convinced that Nenita “Nitz” Cuiting Carvajal is behind the death of her husband, Tonette who died on June 22, 1990 … and his brother, Ramon, who was investigating Tonette’s murder at that time, died 2 weeks after, July 4, 1990.

Is this coincidence? I dont think so…

3 Separate Events in the Philippines, ALL Tragedies – Connected to 1 Person

Nenita “Nitz” Cuiting Carvajal’s husband, Tonette was MURDERED in front of their house.
Her  husband’s brother, Ramon, who was doing an investigation on the murder of  Tonette, also mysteriously died shortly right after.
Nitz suggested cremation. Was she trying to cover up something?

Her Half brother Johnson, was kidnapped in January 2009 in front of his home.

Nenita “Nitz Cuiting Carvajal wanted her half brother’s bank- Rural Bank of Placer in Surigao. Johnson and Nitz had frequent fights. She wants to SELL the bank and take the money. She refused to work for years. She wants easy money.  She always wanted to get money from Johnson.

According to our bank informer, she closed her mothers accounts, right after her mother became paralyzed (can not communicate since 2005).  She POCKETED all her mother’s money.  She refused to inform Johnson and her other siblings.   And Johnson later found out all his mother’s money were GONE.

Pending Case

I was informed that  Nenita “Nitz” Cuiting Carvajal has a pending THEFT case. Rural Bank Of Placer in Surigao City sued her for stealing documents.  Is this connected to her half- brother’s kidnapping case?  Possibly murder of Johnson Cuiting?  Pls read my first entry how Nitz is connected to the bank. http://phinvestigation.wordpress.com/2010/03/04/the-case/

New Investigation from the Murder connecting Nenita “Nitz” Cuiting Carvajal

On June 22, 1990, Jose Antonio Carvajal also known as “Tonette”, husband of Nenita “Nitz” Cuiting Carvajal was murdered by unknown gunmen near his home in Santa Mesa.

At that time of Tonette’s murder, it was learned, that his wife, Nitz Carvajal and Tonette had been fighting constantly. Their marriage was on the rocks.  Tonette Carvajal had a mistress. But would the mistress kill Tonette? Why would a mistress kill her lover? It doesn’t make sense!  The police after some time, did not think so as well.

It was said that at the time of Tonette’s death, Nitz and their 2 sons were in the US for a “vacation”. It was in June! June as we all know in the Philippines is school time and the boys were absent from their classes.  Isn’t that suspicious? We think it’s very obvious! Nitz needed an alibi. Their travel was timed so that the 2 boys will not see their father murdered!  Nitz’ cover up was her absence from the country, absent from the scene of the crime in Santa Mesa.

But who would kill Jose Antonio “Tonette” Carvajal?  He is a kind and loving father, a perfect boss to his many employees.  He had no enemies, well loved by neighbors, by business partners, by people who know him. They all have NOTHING against this person.

But Nitz was in rage, she was very jealous and furious!

Upon unraveling more information, we also found out that Nitz had a lover at that time. Their business partner and accountant.

What do we think was the purpose of the murder?  To avenge her husband, Tonette’s love affair.  Hatred and jealousy against her husband … and most of all, money.  If divorce was to be done, money was to be divided with husband and children’s custody problems.  Now that husband is dead, it was all hers!

What was the result of the husband, Jose Antonio “Tonette” Carvajal’s murder?

Nenita “Nitz” Cuiting Carvajal got millions in return from husbands well funded life insurance money. She also got money from the sale of his businesses, cars and trucks, business accounts collectibles from clients in millions. Nitz is now a widowed millionaire, who migrated to Canada, with money she had acquired from the death of her husband.

And here’s another suspicious fact. The following month of Tonette’s death, his brother Ramon Carvajal who was at the time investigating the murder, also mysteriously died! We have learned that Nitz requested that Ramon’s body be cremated. We’ve seen this happen on tv too many times. We know why he was murdered all of a sudden and was cremated.

That’s 2 murders connected to Nenita “Nitz” Cuiting Carvajal.

The MURDER Case

I am here to help investigate a series of murders here in the Philippines involving the Cuiting Family. As a decent human being and concerned citizen, I feel the need to share this story to everyone. Let us protect the innocent.

We’re only here to tell the TRUTH. You be the judge.

During our investigation on the death of Jose Antonio “Tonette” Carvajal, I came across the name Nenita “Nitz”Cuiting Carvajal connecting to his death and several others.

Some time in the ’90s, Tonette Carvajal who was the husband of  Nitz Cuiting Carvajal at that time, was murdered in their home in Santa Mesa. We found out that he was SHOT several times. Who would kill Tonette? There were news that Tonette and Nitz’ marriage was on the rocks and could be in the process of divorcing. Tonette had a mistress. However upon further interviews with the neighbors, it turned out that Nitz ALSO had a lover at that time, who is an accountant and business partner. A lot of people are asking, who would kill Tonette, he was a very kind man.  They were pointing fingers at the wife, Nenita “Nitz” Cuiting Carvajal for insurance money.  So was this cruel deed done for money or revenge?

After the death of the husband, the death of Jose Antonio Carvajal’s brother, Ramon Carvajal followed shortly.  Are these 2 murders connected? Some evidence we gathered claim so.

Further investigation bring us to the kidnapping to date,  possibly the death of Nenita’s half brother, Johnson Cuiting in 2009.  Johnson is the President of Rural Bank of Placer in Surigao Del Norte. He was the one that worked hard to make the bank grow. According to the locals in the village, Johnson is a very good man, who took care of his paralyzed mother for years. A lot of people are expecting his return because he has helped a lot of people. He’s involved in community services, provided financing. The people of Surigao Del Norte love him.

We were told that everytime Nenita “Nitz” Cuiting Carvajal visits the Philippnes, she would always ask Johnson for bank documents. What for? Johnson is the only person in their family in charge of the bank.   It was heard in some cases, Nenita had been trying to find loopholes, accusing and insinuating about Johnson.  But the locals do not believe Nenita’s accusations.  People actually think Nenita wants to take the bank from Johnson.  It was also found out that Nenita has NOT been doing well financially for a very long time now. Nenita started rumors, saying that the bank is not doing well even though you ask any of the locals, they would say that the bank is very successful and looks like its being ran well. But still Nenita would insist otherwise.  It was learned that Nenita is on the move to attack people in the bank who refuse to listen to her. Why? People are saying, Nenita wants the bank! People are now saying Nenita has always have plans of selling the bank or maybe she sold it already! … Nenita may have already sold Johnson’s blood for the money.

Why put all her efforts in claimimg the bank? Early on, she was focused and still is working on getting the bank and not on Johnson’s return.

Now while investigating the money trail, we discovered that Nenita had taken a lot of money which was under the name of her mother, Candida Cuiting. This has nothing to do with the murder case. I just cant believe people like Nenita exists. Such an evil woman! We learned that Candida has actually been disabled since 2005.  At that time when she got disabled, Candida’s money had gone to the hands of Nenita Cuiting Carvajal according to our bank informer. How is that possible? She has other siblings?  Why was it all given to her? The neighbors also saw Nenita selling all of Candida’s personal belongings, including furnitures, kitchen items, even little items, almost anything of Candida’s possesssions, taking the money for herself.  Nenita has siblings (half sisters) but the siblings were reported to have not been present at that time. The siblings may be unaware of what happened.

My investigation continues. I am sad to discover new issues involving this Nenita “Nitz” Cuiting Carvajal person. Everything seem to link to her. How many people actually died? Does she have other victims? We ask of you, dear readers, please help us expose the truth. Please pass this on to everyone… maybe someone out there knows the truth.
